Cancellation Policy

We politely ask you to contact us at least 48 hours before your booking so we can find a more suitable time for your treatment. We reserve the devices and the facilities just for you so we kindly request for you to respect this policy. 

No Shows and Late cancellations will incur a $50 fee. Once the package is initiated we have a NO refund policy. Please keep in mind that refunds will be approved if in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We do not provide refunds of any deposit paid for a change of mind. We offer you a comprehensive free consultation prior to any treatment bookings. This enables you to determine if this treatment is right for you before requesting a procedure.

Because we understand busy lives, we’ll send you an email or a text reminder 24-48 hours before your treatment. Please reply Yes or No as per the message. If you will require to reschedule please contact the clinic.

As we value everyone’s schedules, we insist that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late could require you to make another appointment because we will not be able to serve you properly before the next patient. Late arrivals or no shows will have their deposits withheld.

All treatment appointments require a full or partial deposit which must be paid at least 5 days before your treatment appointment.
